By accessing and using LegalAid-Lia ("the Service") at legalaid.lotlikar.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LegalAid-Lia is an AI-powered legal document intelligence platform designed for Indian law firms. The Service provides document processing, OCR, legal research, contract management, task planning, timekeeping, and related features.
Access to the Service is by invitation only. Your organisation's Super Lawyer creates your account by registering your Google email. You sign in using Google OAuth.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share access or allow unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to your legal practice. You must not:
Documents you upload remain your property. The Service, its design, code, AI models, and branding are the intellectual property of Lotlikar Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
The Service uses artificial intelligence for document analysis, contract drafting, legal research, and other features. AI-generated content is provided as-is and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or legal validity of AI-generated outputs.
The Service offers optional one-way synchronisation of tasks to your Google Calendar. By granting calendar permission, you authorise us to create, update, and delete calendar events corresponding to your LegalAid tasks. We do not access or read your existing calendar events.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lotlikar Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or legal outcomes based on AI-generated content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Goa, India.
