LegalAid-Lia ("we", "our", "the Service") is an AI-powered legal document intelligence platform operated by Lotlikar Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service at legalaid.lotlikar.net.
Account Information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account. We use this to identify you within the platform.
Legal Documents: Documents you upload for processing are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised members of your organisation.
Task & Planner Data: Tasks, comments, and planner entries you create within the Service are stored and associated with your account.
Usage Data: We collect basic usage information such as login timestamps, feature usage, and session duration for analytics and product improvement.
If you grant permission, we access your Google Calendar to sync tasks created in LegalAid-Lia as calendar events. This sync is one-way only — we push LegalAid tasks to your Google Calendar. We never read, import, or store your personal Google Calendar events.
We store your Google OAuth access token and refresh token securely in our database solely for the purpose of maintaining the calendar sync. These tokens are never exposed to other users or third parties.
You can disable Google Calendar sync at any time from your Settings page. Disabling sync stops future task syncing but does not delete previously synced events from your Google Calendar.
Your data is stored using industry-standard cloud infrastructure including Supabase (PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security), Cloudflare R2 (document storage), and Pinecone (vector database for search). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest.
Access to your organisation's data is restricted to authorised members of your organisation only. Multi-tenant isolation ensures no cross-organisation data access.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information or legal documents with third parties. We use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Mistral) for document processing — documents are sent to these services for processing only and are not stored by them beyond the processing session.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or organisation deactivation, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings or the LegalAid-Lia Settings page. To request data deletion, contact us at admin@lotlikar.net.
